Sell on Miravia. With fees from Singapore declared correctly.
Company registration, fees invoiced from outside the EU, invoices to your buyers, weekly payouts reconciled with the accounts and what reaches the Spanish Tax Agency.
In short
Miravia is the Alibaba group's marketplace for Spain, open since late 2022. It is operated by a Singapore company, so its fees come without VAT and you self-assess it on Form 303, with no Form 349, because the company is outside the EU.
You issue the invoice to the buyer, you declare VAT on your sales and Miravia pays you every Monday for what was delivered the week before.
What's included for Miravia sellers
Company registration
Registration is for European companies: tax ID, tax details, beneficial owners, bank account and commercial register.
Fees from Singapore
No VAT on the invoice: reverse charge on Form 303. They don't go on Form 349, which is only for transactions within the EU.
Invoices to your buyers
You issue them, as Miravia's terms require, with sequential numbering and the right VAT.
Payouts and accounting
Weekly payout for what was delivered. The sale is booked at its gross amount; the commission, charged on the price including VAT, as an expense.
Sales to Portugal
Miravia also sells in Portugal since December 2024: those sales count towards the EU €10,000 threshold.
OSS and IOSS →DAC7
Platforms from outside the EU with EU sellers also report. Your returns should say the same.

Frequently asked questions
Who can sell on Miravia?
European companies: registration asks for the company's tax ID, its tax details, verification of its beneficial owners, the bank account and commercial register documents. Chinese companies sign up through another portal and need a representative in the EU.
Where does Miravia invoice its fees from?
Miravia is operated by Arise Operating E-Commerce Private Limited, a Singapore company in the Alibaba group, and its fees are exclusive of taxes. If the invoice comes without VAT, you self-assess it on Form 303 under the reverse charge; as the company is outside the EU, it doesn't go on Form 349. Check it on your first invoice.
How much does Miravia charge?
A commission by category on the price including VAT: between 6.5% and 13% on the marketplace, and between 7% and 15% in official stores, with no fixed costs. On top of that, shipping or storage if you use Miravia's logistics, and the costs of returns and failed deliveries.
Who issues the invoice to the buyer?
The seller. Miravia's terms require you to issue a valid invoice to the buyer.
When does Miravia pay?
Every Monday, by bank transfer, for orders delivered in the previous week, Monday to Sunday.
Does Miravia collect VAT on my sales?
Only where the law requires it as a marketplace. If your company is in the EU, VAT on your sales is yours to declare, and the customer's country VAT through the OSS once you pass €10,000 a year in sales to other EU countries.
Does Miravia report to the Spanish Tax Agency even though it is in Singapore?
DAC7 also binds platforms from outside the EU that have sellers resident in the EU: they must register in an EU country and report their sales. Expect your Miravia sales to reach the Tax Agency.
