About Dani

Lawyer and tax adviser, with more than 15 years advising SMEs, freelancers, family businesses and digital businesses. Master's in Tax Advisory and Master's in Legal Practice. He founded DPL with a simple idea: that a small company should get the same level of advice as a large one, but with someone at the other end who knows its business and answers.

He runs the legal and tax side of the firm: tax planning, inspections and appeals before the Tax Agency and Social Security, corporate transactions and international taxation. He likes computing as much as law, and DPL's technology department grew out of that mix.

The team

DPL is not one person. Behind every client there is a tax, accounting and payroll team that handles the day-to-day: the accounts, the taxes, the payslips and the notifications. And an in-house technology department that has built the tools we work with: automatic invoice reading, daily bank reconciliation, figures on your phone and electronic invoicing ready for Veri*factu. Legal rigour with digital efficiency, which is how we like to sum it up.

For e-commerce there is EkonYou, DPL's division for Shopify, Amazon, dropshipping and marketplace stores: OSS and IOSS, VAT registration in other countries and packaging EPR. We are a Shopify Partner, and the store's accounts are kept connected to the platform, not by copying orders by hand.
