You are already selling. Are you compliant and do you know where the money goes?
A review of the last 12 months of your store: whether you comply with everything that applies to you, whether your bookkeeping is right, whether the tax returns you filed are correct and where the money goes. With a plan to fix whatever is missing, in order of urgency.
In short
For stores already selling on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop or Miravia, from Spain or from abroad, with or without an adviser. You do not need to switch advisers to order it.
A 12-month review: whether you comply with everything, whether your bookkeeping is right, whether the tax returns you filed are correct and where the money goes. Written report, 90-minute video call and 15 days of questions by e-mail. €605 VAT included (€500 + VAT).
Who it is for
- You have been selling for a while and you don't know whether your store's bookkeeping and taxes are right.
- You sell, but at the end of the month you don't know where the money goes.
- You sell to other EU countries and are not sure whether OSS applies to you, or since when.
- A marketplace is asking for a VAT number, an EPR registration or tax documents, or has held your payouts.
- You have received a letter from the Tax Agency, or a platform tells you it reports your sales (DAC7).
- You want to switch advisers and first know the state of everything.
Which stores this price covers
- Up to two sales channels: for example, your Shopify and Amazon, or Etsy and TikTok Shop.
- Sales in Spain and to no more than three other EU countries.
- No stock in Amazon warehouses in other countries (Pan-EU or CEE).
Is your store larger? Write to us before paying and we will give you a fixed price for your case.
What you get
Do you comply with everything?
Your store's obligations, one by one: your registration with the Spanish Tax Agency, EPR registrations in Spain and in every country you ship to, the EU VAT number, OSS, DAC7 and what Amazon or Etsy ask for, and whether your account is at risk of being blocked or having payouts withheld.
Is your bookkeeping right?
That every sale, every purchase and every expense is recorded where it belongs: the sales of each channel, your suppliers' invoices, the marketplace settlements, what comes into the bank and the stock.
Were your tax returns filed correctly?
What you filed in returns 303, 130 or corporate income tax, 349 and OSS against your books and the platform reports: VAT overpaid or underpaid by country, the €10,000 threshold, what the Tax Agency already knows through DAC7 and any open requests from the Tax Agency, with their deadline.
Where does the money go?
Month by month, your fixed costs (staff, with their salaries and the employer's social security, rent and utilities), purchases and stock, production costs and sales level: what weighs most, what has grown and what doesn't add up.
Sales abroad
Canary Islands, UK or outside the EU: what is right and what is not.
The plan
What is right, what is missing and what needs fixing, with the cost, deadline and risk of each item, in order of urgency. It works just as well to commission it as to hand it to your adviser.
How it works
You book and pay
You receive the questionnaire and the list of what to export from your store, your books and your bank.
Questionnaire and documents
A 15-minute questionnaire, your books, your tax returns, your bank statements and the platform reports. Exporting them is enough; if you prefer, read-only access.
Review within 7 working days
From the moment all documents are in. You get a written report with the findings and the plan.
90-minute video call and 15 days of questions
With the report in front of you: what to fix first and how. For 15 days you can ask questions by e-mail.
What to provide
- Your books for the last 12 months: the income and expense ledgers or, for a company, the journal, the balance sheet and the profit and loss account.
- The returns you filed: 303, 130 or corporate income tax, 349 and OSS if you have it.
- The platform sales reports for those 12 months (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy…) and the settlements from marketplaces and payment providers.
- Your bank statements for those 12 months.
- Invoices for purchases and fixed costs (suppliers, rent, utilities), what your staff costs you if you have employees and, if you keep one, your inventory.
- Any enquiries or notices received from the Tax Agency or the platforms.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to switch advisers?
No. The review is ordered separately and the plan works just as well if your current adviser makes the corrections. If you want to switch afterwards, you already know the state of everything.
Do I have to give access to the store?
No need. What you export is enough: your books, your tax returns, your bank statements and the platform reports. If you'd rather not export anything, read-only access works.
And if something was filed wrongly?
It appears in the plan with what it costs to fix, the deadline and the risk of not doing it, in order of urgency: supplementary returns, overdue OSS, pending registrations. Correcting before an enquiry arrives costs late-filing surcharges, not penalties.
What if my store is larger?
If you sell on more than two channels, to more than three EU countries besides Spain, or hold stock in Amazon warehouses in other countries, write to us before paying and we will give you a fixed price for your case: each country adds its own VAT registrations, stock transfers and returns.
What if I have an open enquiry from the Tax Agency?
It is read and taken into account in the review, with its deadline. The reply is a separate engagement with a fixed quote.
Does the price include VAT?
€605 is the price including Spanish VAT at 21% (€500 + VAT). If you are a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number, or you are outside the EU, VAT is applied under the rules for each case and shown before you pay.
